Payments & Bookings
- All term fees must be paid in advance through ClassForKids to secure your child’s place.
- If payment is not made within the first two weeks of term, your child’s place may not be guaranteed and may be offered to another family on our waiting list.
- Paid spaces will always be given priority.
- Free trial terms: One free trial session per child, pre-booked, requires parent contact details.
- We will always consider reasonable payment plans for families in temporary difficulty or need of support. Parents should contact Echo as soon as possible to discuss options and agree a plan in writing.
Cancellations, refunds & missed sessions
- We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to illness, holidays or changes to personal circumstances.
- We may, as a goodwill gesture, offer to move your booking to another class, but this is not guaranteed and cannot be offered with fewer than 5 working days’ notice before a workshop where materials/costumes may already have been purchased.
- We kindly ask for one month's notice to withdraw from a term, in writing, before the end of the current term. If notice is not received, payment for the full, current term will still be due and a place will not be saved for the next term.
- If we have to cancel face-to-face classes due to weather or issues with venues, we will provide online classes as an alternative.
- If we are unable to move to online lessons we will reschedule the class or pass on a discount code for the next term.
Behaviour & Safety
- Echo Performing Arts Academy reserves the right to remove any child from the programme, without refund, if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour that impacts the safety or learning of others.
- Echo Performing Arts Academy and its staff are not responsible for loss or injury during classes.
Medical & Welfare Information
- All medical conditions and any additional educational needs must be declared on registration with Class for Kids. Any updates regarding your child's medical conditions need to be changed on Class for Kids and confirmed in writing via email to ensure all staff have up to date information.
- Please do not bring your child to class if they have been unwell within the last 48 hours.
Photography & Media
- You must inform us during registration if you do not consent to your child being photographed for marketing purposes, and notify us of any changes.
